Multifunctional power bank design for small outdoor professional equipment

Based on the current lack of mobile power supply for outdoor professional equipment, a small portable power supply for outdoor professional equipment was designed. This mobile power supply has multiple functions and can provide power supply from 3.3 V to 12 V. During the design process, the shape structure and multiple functions of the mobile power supply were optimized, and two power supply methods were innovatively developed. The mobile power supply voltage input can be realized based on solar panels, and a common-emitter amplifier is used to control the conduction and cut-off of the rectifier diode. The voltage is reduced to 5 V DC; the 220 V mains power can also be directly converted into 5 V DC through a transformer and rectifier bridge, and stored in the battery. Furthermore, the voltage regulation function of the mobile power supply was studied in depth, and a basic amplifier circuit and an AMS1117 three-terminal linear step-down circuit were used to achieve fixed voltage regulation, and the PWM principle was used to manually control the output voltage. Under the auxiliary control of the microcontroller, it was achieved at 3.3 V Freely adjustable voltage output between ~12 V. Finally, the mobile power supply safety protection circuit was designed, and the adjustable voltage and rectifier circuit experiments were simulated. The experimental results obtained were consistent with the expected goals at a rate of 99.95%, indicating that the designed mobile power supply is feasible and reasonable.
